Terms and Conditions

General Competition Details

This competition is being run by Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd.

Promotional Duration: 2nd April 2024 – 25th April 2024

This is a combined competition between the Instagram and Facebook accounts of Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd. A total of one winner will be selected among all entries on both platforms.

Entry Methods

Share an image of "what Anzac Day means to you" on Facebook or Instagram and tag Carroll and Richardson Flagworld @crflagworld in the post caption or image to enter. Entrants may choose to share or elaborate on their stories in the post caption, however this is not a requirement of entry to the competition.

Multiple entries are permitted provided the image content of each entry is unique.

Eligibility Requirements

Entrants must be following Carroll and Richardson Flagworld on the social platform of their entry.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to enter this competition and live in Australia.

Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd staff and their family members are excluded from this competition.

Prize Conditions

There is a total of one prize - Flagpole, Australian and Lest We Forget Flag Bundle, total retail value $415.36  

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or a voucher.

The prize will be shipped to an address provided by the winning entrant following the announcement of the competition winner.

Judging

Judging will take place within six business days of the competition close date.

This promotion is a game of skill. Each entry will be individually judged by Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd based on creative merit. Chance plays no part in determining the winning entrant.

Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, narrative merit, and alignment with the values of Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd.

All judging decisions are at the discretion of Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.

Announcement of Winners

The competition winner will be notified via direct personal message on the social channel (Facebook or Instagram) of their entry within two business days of judging.

The competition winner will be required to provide a valid Australian address for delivery of the prize.

The competition winner will be required to respond to the correspondence within one week in order to be eligible for the prize, otherwise a new winner will be chosen.

Please note: Flagworld may contact additional entrants by direct personal message. This does not indicate that an entrant is a winner unless stated otherwise by Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd.

Privacy

Any information provided as part of this competition is intended for Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd, not for Facebook or Instagram.

The information you provide will be used for the competition only and will not be shared with any other party outside of Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd and will not be used for other purposes.

The winning entry will be shared on the social media accounts of Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd. By entering this competition you agree to the possibility of your image being posted on the social media accounts and/or website of Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd. Carroll and Richardson Flagworld Pty Ltd will tag the social media account of the respecting entrant where possible when reposting their entry.
