Flagworld recently had the privilege of attending the AFL Indigenous Round Lunch hosted by Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA). CBA organized this event to celebrate and demonstrate their support for the Indigenous Round in the AFL. Among the distinguished attendees were several key business bankers from CBA, including Steve Guscic, General Manager, Business Banking Victoria. Their presence demonstrated the bank's commitment to fostering strong relationships and showcasing support for the Indigenous community.

Inspiring Guest Speakers

Aunty Joy, an Aboriginal elder, brought her wisdom and insights, reminding everyone of the significance of the Indigenous Round and the importance of reconciliation. Darryl White and Michael O'Loughlin, former AFL players, discussed their active roles in the indigenous community and highlighted the positive impact of the AFL.
