Returns Policy
Consumer guarantees apply under Australian Consumer Law. Neither our Returns Policy nor Terms and Conditions negate your rights.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receipt*. Products must be in unused, saleable condition. We will refund the full value of the items ordered to your original payment method. Freight charges are non-refundable.
* Please note, change of mind returns only apply to stock items that can be resold. Non-stock items such as custom printed banners typically cannot be resold, and as such are not eligible for change of mind returns.
If you wish to return your product/s please use the request return form on this page within 30 days of receipt to request a return. We will confirm acceptance of the return via email. Please include a print out of the email or a copy of your receipt when returning the product so we can match up the return to your original payment.
Please note that for change of mind returns, the customer pays all return freight costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Item Received.
We accept faulty or incorrectly supplied item returns and exchanges in the following circumstances:
- The product/s delivered is/are different to what you ordered.
- The product/s delivered to you are faulty or in a damaged condition.
If you believe your order faulty or an incorrect item has been suppied, please use the request return form on this page within 30 days of receipt and provide details of the concern with your order, including a photo to explain your concern.
Flagworld reserves the right to choose how we remedy your concern. In most cases we will organise a return shipment and supply a replacement product, but in some cases such as for kits, we may supply a replacement component, or where a replacement is not feasible we may instead organise a refund.
If return shipping is required, Flagworld will send you an Australia Post return shipping label to return your goods, or organise a freight pick up for bulky items. If a refund is the appropriate remedy, it will be processed to your original payment method.
