Your Choice of Material

Our flags are available in three fabric types: Knitted Polyester, Woven Polyester, and Fully Sewn. Each fabric offers unique characteristics to suit various environments and purposes. It is important to understand the differences in order to choose the right type of flag for your needs.

Knitted polyester: A lightweight fabric that flies easily in the wind. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Recommended for calm to moderate conditions, as it will fly even in a slight breeze.

Woven polyester: A heavy-duty linen-look fabric designed for both indoor and outdoor use. Considered to be longer-lasting and more durable than knitted polyester, and has a higher UV resistance, making it suitable for harsher environments.

Fully sewn: These flags offer the most prestigious and traditional look. They are made from woven polyester sewn together to produce a design. Flags 2280mm x 1140mm and larger feature heavy-duty brass clips for added support, while smaller flags come with noise-reducing plastic clips.

Finding the Right Size

Our flags are made to the Australian standard ratio of 1:2.

The standard sized flag for flying on a 6-metre flagpole is 1800x900mm, approximately 2 yards.
